Anchor Plastics experienced its highest volume of sales and production in the company's history in May 2012. With 54% higher sales and production than months prior, the company has taken steps to support this growth.

It has hired a new Sales Coordinator and Marketing Intern, and is now in the process of adding to its engineering and production team.

The company closed up 12% over the prior year's sales and projected a 25% growth in 2012. Anchor has passed that growth and is now expecting a 50% increase in the second half. With this increase in sales Anchor is planning to grow its sales staff by 27%. The company is also planning a $300,000 expansion which should take place in the fourth quarter.
