Italian ancillary manufacturer Moretto has launched a range of machinery equipment since exhibiting its wares at the K show in Germany last year, including a compressed air dryer.

The ED T hot air dryer was developed to treat small amounts of material and is installed directly on the machine. It comes with automatic controls, a touch screen interface, an anti-stress function, and can be connected to a Mowis supervising system.

Moretto has also launched the Octomatik, the Lifter bags manipulator and the SBB big-bag dispenser.The Octomatik was created to empty octabins, typical packaging used in the plastics industry. The system is powered by electricity and is fast and efficient, says Moretto.The Lifter optimises plastic material handling by means of a vacuum unit, while the SBB discharges bags of between 500 and 1,200kg capacity. The systems can be equipped with two standard-way suction valves.
